Rates & Reservations:
Our hours of operation are from 6am until 8pm seven days a week. There will be an additional charge for service requested after the hour of 8pm. A courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation is appreciated. Base rates are included below. Please contact the office via Request Information or phone so that we can provide you with a personalized quote for your pet care needs. Payment is accepted via cash or check. There will be a charge for all returned checks.
Holiday Reservations:
Our Holidays are: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, News Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. An additional holiday surcharge is applied once to the entire day for these holidays.
Upon arrival home, PLEASE call the office and leave a message that you have arrived home. If we do not hear from you, we will make an additional visit to your home, and you will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:
Effective May 1st, 2007, any cancellations within 24 hours of the start of service will be charged for 1 day of services. For example, if you are a vacation care customer with 2 visits per day, you will be charged for 2 visits. If you are a mid-day customer, you will be charged for 1 mid-day visit.
Referral Bonus:
As a thank you from us, if you refer the service to a new client, and they mention your name, you will receive one complimentary free visit from us.
Miscellaneous:
All dogs must be non-people aggressive, leashed trained and not a strong puller while on the leash.
Payment is due in full prior to your departure.
All pets must be seen a minimum of once per day. All dogs must be seen a minimum of twice per day. We do not provide every other day care.
Final fee will be determined at the consultation visit depending on each situation.
